A custom file template may not be listed on the Manage File Templates screen for the following reasons:

• You do not have COMPLETE organisational access. You may only have access to select divisions and/or departments. All active custom file templates for customers to whom you have COMPLETE organisational access are displayed on the Manage File Templates screen. Organisational access is granted by your system administrator.
• It has been permanently removed from the application.
